Procedure when purchasing an Executive Condominium

Executive Condominium Application Procedure

To apply for a unit at any Executive Condominium project, you can first register your interest for more information or schedule an appointment. Once you are ready and have met all the eligibility conditions, you will need to submit an E-Application together with supporting documents as follows:-

  1. Authorization Form – Download Here
  2. E-Application Form – Download Here
  3. Latest 15 month CPF Contribution History
  4. Latest 3 months payslips
  5. Marriage Certificate (if married)
  6. NRICs of all applicants

Depending on your unique circumstances, you may be asked to furnish additional documents.

Balloting Exercise & Selection

Following are 2 methods of balloting systems:-

    • Computing Balloting System

    • Your E-Application will be submitted to the Developer in advance for verification. All successful applicants will be given a computer generated queue number and a specific date and time through to attend for selection of unit.

  • the balloting will be conducted during the initial launch of an Executive Condominium project. Only applicants who have submitted their E-Application during the pre-launch phase will be eligible to participate in the ballot. Ballot participants will be given priority in unit selection, in addition, some developers give additional discounts/freebies to ballot participants.Before going for the selection of the units, you will be able to see the showflat and scaled model. The unit price will be also be given before hand to allow you to work on your budget.
    Developer Balloting SystemOn the Selection Day, you will only have a very short period of time to make your selection. Therefore we recommend all applicants to shortlist at least 10 units from different stacks in the development to avoid disappointment. You will also require to bring along the following documents:-

    1. Submitted Authorization Form
    2. Submitted E-Application Form
    3. Acknowledgement Document
    4. Queue and Appointment Schedule Letter (If it is Computer Balloting System)
    5. NRIC
    6. Cheque as you will require to issue a 5% downpayment
    7. All pending documents

    You can participate in more than 1 concurrent applications for BTO, DBSS and Executive Condominiums. However, you can only book 1 unit at the end of the day.
